Validity:
eGift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is clearly printed on each voucher. Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date.

Redemption:
Vouchers can be redeemed in-store only against any products, including vinyl records and merchandise.

Voucher Types:
Each voucher contains a unique code. This code must be presented at time of purchase.

Non-refundable:
Vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase other gift vouchers.

No Change Given:
If the purchase value is less than the voucher amount, no cash change will be given. The voucher is treated as single-use.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
Treat vouchers like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced unless you provide proof of purchase and the voucher has not been redeemed.

Expiry Information:
Customers must redeem their voucher before the expiry date. If a customer can’t reasonably have known the expiry date, we may provide a discretionary extension.

VAT:
For accounting purposes, vouchers are treated as multi-purpose vouchers (MPVs) under HMRC rules. VAT is applied only at the point of redemption.

Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if we suspect it is fraudulent, duplicated, or illegally obtained.

Consumer Rights:
These terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
